Although this video was produced by the Totowa School District and placed on youtube.com for public viewing, it clearly describes the NJ mandate that all schools perform a bus safety drill with their students.  I witnessed a bus drill in Old Tappan, NJ.  With the recent bus accidents on the NJ Turnpike (2018), it makes sense to do bus safety drills on a regular basis, especially since it is mandated by the state of NJ.
