Dr. Walsh has produced numerous educational leaders over the years through his direction of the William Paterson College of Education, Educational Leadership cohort program.  Cohort 17 dedicated countless hours to making permanent the skills of leadership in a myriad of formats.  In casting a stone across the waters, Dr. Walsh has  helped to produce many ripples and those ripples are us - future educational leaders.
