Dr. Tamika Depass-Pipkin is an adjunct professor at William Paterson's College of Education.  She taught Cohort 17 the school management functions course.

This graduate course is designed to examine the principles of administering and managing a school building with an emphasis on budget and facilities on a day-to-day basis. Topics  included the operations of the school as related to budgeting of resources, management of the plant, and design of the organization’s structure within the building. Site based management, whole school reform, facility use, plant maintenance, delegation of responsibility, and accountability were also included. The use of

technology to assist and enhance these functions was also explored.
