Just a week before PARCC administration, Superintendent Joanne Newberry was kind enough to avail the Closter, NJ district to me for my last shadowing experience.  Principal Al Baffa graciously agreed to allow me to shadow him at the Hillside Elementary school where I had previously worked for over 3 years.  The day was amazing - seeing and meeting old friends and colleagues with whom and for whom I had previously worked.  Thank you for allowing me a window into your world from an administrator's point-of-view.
