Principal Lamarr Thomas, agreed to include me in a meeting between his administration and the Special Services Director over a matter key to the welfare of the student population.  He entrusted me to take part in a sensitive meeting, which included his administrative team, Assistant Principal, Laura Satterfield - Mathieu and Dean of Students, Carolyn Kendrick.   The meeting occurred in August prior to the 2016 school year.

I spent over 9 years as a PTO leader and Lamarr and his wife, Erin, were an integral part of the successful development of Englewood's school district.  The artifacts that I presented here are from a character development initiative for middle school boys.  A girls' character development program was also instituted. It is called "Girls Talk."
