I met Justin O'Neill when he was Vice Principal of Tenakill Middle School in Closter, New Jersey and Dr. Danielle Da  Giau was the principal.   I worked in the Closter School district in various capacities for over 3 years before becoming a teacher in Paterson.  Now Superintendent of the Old Tappan school district, Dr. DaGiau graciously opened the doors of this tony district for me to complete my shadowing assignment at the Charles DeWolf Middle school.   This suburban district is in definite juxtaposition to the urban district of Paterson, NJ where I work.  The contrast of districts was part of the assignment when seeking field experiences.
